Structure

Industrie De Nora is the holding of De Nora worldwide companies (De Nora Deutschland, De Nora Tech, De Nora Do Brasil, De Nora Elettrodi Suzhou, Industrie De Nora Singapore Branch, De Nora India, Permelec Electrode, Chlorine Engineers Corporation, Severn Trent De Nora, Uhdenora, Verdenora, Mednora).

Organization

The present-day structure of the De Nora is the result of a recent process of internal reorganization launched on January 2009. Industrie De Nora defines the strategy, coordinates and controls the operational and development activities of the industrial group related to technology, products, markets partnerships. Its manages the launch of the start-up, six corporate functions and three Regional Business Areas:
